Product Description
Overview:
Use this letter to help prepare clients for their open house. This specifically addresses many of the top reasons why buyers feel uncomfortable at an open house. It provides a professional, polite “heads-up” to remind sellers you only have their best interests at heart. Send it at least a few days prior to the open house. It can also work well as an email message. (Feel free to modify the list as you see fit.)
- This can be an email message if you like
- Be sure to send this message well in advance of your client’s open house
From the letter:
“As you know, we’re gearing up for an open house this [TUESDAY / SATURDAY / SUNDAY / WEEKEND]. When open houses go well, they can be a great opportunity to land offers on a house. Experience has taught me certain factors can cause buyers to come away with a poor experience at an open house, and we want to eliminate any negative impressions. (Please don’t take any of the items below personally… it’s merely a checklist for success.)…”
Included in the downloadable .zip file is:
- A PDF file with instructions on how to use the letter (and the full copy of the letter)
- Original Word .doc file
- Original plain text .txt file
