From the letter/email:
“One of the toughest parts about buying a first home is understanding that the home of your dreams is often a little out of reach in terms of your budget. I realize you’ve probably been frustrated at times by the search, but if it’s any consolation, you’re not alone.
According to a first-time buyer survey by the National Association of Realtors between 2013 and 2014, 75 percent of first-time buyers said they had compromised on their home purchase, most commonly on the size and price.”
