Membership Questions

Do you offer group memberships or bulk discounts?

Yes, depending on the size of the office. If you’re a broker or part of a large office interested in a group membership for your team, please contact [email protected] with information about how many agents you would like enrolled.

Can you alert me when new materials are added?

Yes, absolutely! Simply subscribe to the free My Real Helper newsletter, and we’ll contact you no more than twice per month with information about the latest materials added to the store. If you’re a member, you’ll get notification through your membership materials.

I’ve forgotten my membership code to shop the store free. How can I get it again?

We’ve created an automatic tool to send you your membership discount code. You can have a reminder sent to your email address.

Please note: You must enter the email address you have on file with your membership. Typically this is the one you used when you signed up. If for some reason you are unable to remember which email address you used, or you do not receive the notice via the email address you specify, please contact us at [email protected] for assistance.
